Located at Club de Golf Lomas de la Dehesa, in Lo Barnechea, Mirador Gourmet is a four-continent kitchen-and-bar concept led by husband-and-wife team Selman Ananías. With a privileged panoramic view over the golf course, its menu brings together flavors from Asia, Africa, the Americas and Europe in fusion dishes designed for sharing, such as octopus with olive sauce or sesame-crusted seared tuna. The project is completed by a signature cocktail program, classic and gastronomic, that turns every visit into a different experience. Open to the general public Tuesday through Sunday, it is a gourmet getaway with views that few places in Santiago can offer.
